Grainger has 384 locations in the USA you can walk into and not have to pay for shipping... Though, I would suggest just going to an ACE Hdwe store and buying the screws... That is where I have bought them in the past...
I bought a BE from someone off ebay and the screws are rusting. I know the seller will not do anything about it. Will it help to replace the screws? There is a rust mark on the base, so now the whole thing is freaking me out. I need to figure out how to post a picture to get some advice on this. I did write the seller today and told him that his products are unsafe. What's odd is he has great reviews. Wonder why my BE is doing this. My other clone from a different seller doesn't do this at all. How does this seller maintain such a great rating when his Kayfuns rust?
What was the website? There are imitation BE's out there...
Well, with that in mind, does anyone know what size screws the igo-w takes? I have a clone that came with non SS screws, hopefully I can just run down to a local ACE and pick em up.

I just ordered my first kayfun (a EH Pro KFL+ V2) based on what DivideMyDestiny posted (#879)(#937):
"I got one of these (BE) on his last buy on eBay and to say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement. The juice channels are off on each side and the airflow is much too tight even though I've tried adjusting the center pin, air flow control, and several other things.
I have a ton of Kayfun clones. I have an EHPro KFL+, EHPro KFL+ v2, 3 different Tobeco ones (2 purchased directly from Tebeco in November 2013, 1 from FT in March 2014), Hcigar 3.1, a Russian 91% v2 and a Black Edition from the last buy. I also have a Russian 91% from Angelcigs.
If I was going to buy a clone, I would not get the Black Edition. Your best bet is buying the EH Pro KFL+ V2 if you're going that route. I got that in a few weeks back and from a performance standpoint, it's the closest thing I've found to the real deal."

I think you made an excellent choice. It's certainly not a knock on the Black Edition (I realize all mass produced rebuildables have their duds), but I found my EHPro KFL + v2 to be much better than my Black Edition. I hope you enjoy it.

Alright guy I just got my first kayfun BE and I need to know what gauge kanthal, 28, 29 and how many wraps are recommended? Also is the organic Cotten that I've read about from CVS or Walgreens? Sorry, I know I can google and find the answers, just excited and about to watch the NFL draft and cooking wings so time is short!!!
Both have organic cotton but I believe Walgreens is the store most people mention. I'd suggest 28 to 30 gauge since it's thicker making it easier to work with. Most people are in the 1.2 to 1.8 ohm range. I like 1.5, 1.6 personally, 30 gauge, 3mm screwdriver, 7/8 wraps. I also set the coil higher above the airhole than most, close to 3mm but most folks say 1.0 to 1.5mm instead.

I try to stay over 1.5 ohms personally as Kayfuns are intense enough at that level.
Never found any organic cotton in Walgreens, all the CVS's carry it though (unless they're temporarily sold out).
This 1.5+ ohm talk must strictly be for regulated devices, a KF on a mech generally needs to be lower than that IMO. I run mine in the 1.5 to 0.8 ohm range depending on the juice I'm filling it with.

Nope not me, never felt a need to sub-ohm my Kayfun on my Nemeses. I'm happy with 1.5 with it.

I said 1.5 and below, anything above that and it's underpowered.
I predominantly drip so I'm used to 20 to 30 watts, a Kayfun can provide a good vape at 10 watts...it's better at 18 or so IMO.
