Anybody or study out of here examinate what are this black particles?

Check the pictures before and after i washed with water and judge yourself...

Looks a lot like what I call 'gunk'. I believe it is what is left on the coil after you have boiled off the part of your juice that can be boiled off. It deposits on the coil wire first and if there is enough of it over time it can 'attach' to the wick.

What I do when the gunk lowers the performance enough is take out the wick, dry burn the coil and put in a new wick. Good as new again until I need to repeat the process.

It doesn't matter how clear your juice is it always happens ... no way to stop it that I know of.

Take a pair of metal tweezers. and hit that wick (if it really is silica) with a torch.

This ^^^ is one of the great things about silica. As you've discovered you can heat it really hot and it doesn't burn. When I used to use it I would gently torch the wick and wire (too much heat will melt the coil) without taking them apart until all the gunk had been burned off (turned to ash). After a quick rinse with water they are good as new once the wick is dry :)

Good luck with it!

The whole formaldehyde thing has been thoroughly debunked as junk science / anti ecig propaganda, for several years.

Acrolein has very pungent piercing, disagreeable, acrid smell, it is something you would notice in extremely tiny amounts.
We aren't talking about an off weird or burnt
taste, it would be a horrid taste no one would consider inhaling if was even possible to produce using any vaping equipment without doing so on purpose.

Yes but from studies they found very large amounts just in the condition you are talking about very high voltage close to 5 with a CE4 single coil simply can't handle this settings.
But still even at lower voltage they found
some bad emission lower but still found if i can reduce the risk better

I really think it's time for the OP to switch to gum/patch/some other HTR... this one isn't working for them. vaping isn't for everyone, and you're not ready to understand or use it.

it's a harm reduction therapy...

which means it's safer than smoking, but not considered 100% safe.

I don't understand why you are all upset with me...Some of you also think i'm someone working for big tobacco having an agenda to discredit vaping...
I always said vaping is way safer than smoking there is no doubt about this the only part is a bit worst (based on my 4 years experience) is nocotine addiction just because while you are vaping you are not limited by the irritating substance of tobacco
combustion so is very easy to keep going without feeling bad...So for my experience even if vaped a lot i never felt the same disturb i had after smoking a lot with cought ect.
But as you said is not 100% safe and in some condition can be safer than other conditions.
For example i read some flavours in some liquid should be avoided...
And with high vg is better to vape at low temperature to avoid acrolein risk...
We are all agree than temperature is very important in ordet to get a safer vape style

So maybe good advices to vape safe are welcome...

I do not belive all the studies are bull.... to discredit vaping but actually help us to understand how to vape safely.

I can tell you is always a good idea to discuss how to limit risk where is possible.
I remember once i bought ego one mini i tried with 0.5 ohm and the vapor was crazy hot after few draw i tried also 1 ohm and it was pretty hot too less than 0.5 but still hot.

And i felt was a bit more harsh than cold vapor devices.
I wouldn't suggest ego one mini as a safe device.

Probably a TC control at low temperature setting with a safe liquid must be safer than ego one mini 0.5 ohm super hot vapor with
diacetyl in the liquid.
So vape is like eating can be safe or not...
If you eat carbonized food everyday is not that healthy.
If we can understand and reduce risk using better liquids and safer devices is better

With lots of butter & Bacon..

Saying that eating carbonize stuff is for sure safer than breath.
So if we can avoid carbonized chemicals with ecig is all health.

Cold smooth vapor vs harsh semidry hot vapor should be a difference...
I'm sure with Justfog Q16 i'm vaping 10 times safer than Nautilus mini cause i use high vg liquid Nautilus handle very bad...
I checked Nautilus coil compared with Justfog and where very bad comditions with a lot less liquid consumed.
Coil conditions after the same condition and liquid consumed can be a good indicator to understand a safer device with a specific liquid.
I bet nautilus is safe just with thin juice <50%VG...

Nic`d Up in Oklahoma!
So we discovered carbonized parts are not coming from silica but from heating the juice

Ya, in the practice of cooking, its called burned.

When I was early on in my vaping journey I burned coils like that all the time. I was chasing the throat hit and the only way to get it out of those little coils was to push it hotter than it was made to run. I don`t do that anymore, I use RDA`s now and as soon as the coils are glazed over, I rewick and dry burn.

BOL.
