It means that it is in line to build and the payment is cleared , we try to keep up on this on a daily basis .

Who you kidding Mike, these blemished Buzz units are far from blemished, they are the Bomb buddy, thank you so much, you have bought back my fav HV-801 vape buddy, I must have 40 HV-801 Atty's that where starting to collect dust and no other unit on the market has ran my HV-801's the way this Buzz is making them run, thank You again Mike, also got that other thing you re sent me and thank you for that as well.

skullfreak, it is supposed to have an imperfection or scratch in the anodizing but we have been hard pressed to find the imperfections as of yet. The Buzz is an awesom VV mod.
A blemished Buzz is one that Mike said a lady, maybe his wife, has deemed to have a blemish somewhere but everyone is having problems finding the blemish.

You need 16340 batteries x2 a charger. and a meter if you want to know the voltage your at. I never use mine on it.
You need to let them know whether you want it in 510 ,901 etc. when you order it.

skullfreak, the only other thing that you need is batteries and charger. If you want one you better get it now. The supply is almost gone. It is my first mod but I really can't imagine liking any other better than my Buzz!
I think I understand your question now! The tube is the only part that is blemished but you actually get an entire VV mod when you order a blemished buzz. Add batteries and a charger and you are in vaping heaven!
I just took another look at the description on the site and can see where you might think that you would only get the tube.
