Bloog MF v. The Volt from smokeless image

ok so I had recently purchased the MF from bloog, and i am quite happy with everything. it has that nice rubber coating jawn on the battery, the carts hit nice, good batt life, awesome sauce. one thing i just realized that i am not into: the price of their shipping!

i've been eye balling the Volt and it seems like it's the MF, just cheaper. i ordered some carts from them to see how I like them and what their shipping times are like.

has anyone tried both these brands? seems like they're the same KR8 batts, just with different company names stamped on them. would i be able to charge the batts on my existing Bloog charger? or should i just throw down on a starter kit? the last thing I want to do is fry a new battery!

For all intents and purposes the Bloog MaxxFusion and the VOLT batteries are the same, and all the KR808D-1 accessories are interchangeable.

that's what I figured. I've been very happy with my Bloog, but I just went to order some empty carts (one single 5-pack) and they wanted 8 bucks shipping!

Yeah, Bloog's shipping charges are unreasonable. IMO the VOLT cartomizers used to be not as good as the Bloog, but they've been revamped (i.e., rubbery soft caps and e-liquid in the prefilled) and are now the equal to the Bloog. That batteries have always been identical (at least as far as I can tell).

Ya... some of these companies charge for shipping as if their customers were deaf, dumb and blind. The shipping at smokelessimage is very reasonable.

wow! i ordered some carts from Smokeless Image saturday and they got here this morning. FAST! and the prefilled carts are really yummy. i'm vaping the RY4 right now in 6mg and i love it. very yummy and good hit. i'm def going to buy my next shipment of blanks from them as well.

plus they hand wrote a little note on my invoice! how freaking cute is that?!

I have both and can see no difference. You can use the same charger for the VOLT that you use for the Bloog. The cartomizers are the same. I agree with you about the shipping, and unreasonable shipping costs have kept me from buying a number of products from companies who charge too much for it. The VOLT has cheap and lightening fast shipping. Just buy a battery and some cartomizers to test it. That's what I did. No need to buy the whole kit since the charger works on both.

Agree with everyone else! Chocolate prefilled seem exactly the same.
Customer service from SI is great. You can speak to them via the web site with questions, etc.

SI has a thread in the suppliers forum that a CSR actually posts in, multiple times a day, every day, addressing all questions and concerns. The CSR also posts upcoming stock, delays, etc... and there are never any excuses. Great company.
