i haven't ordered vaping supplies through ebay so didn't know whether paypal was still enforcing their old rule on ecigs and such. have you recently tried ordering on ebay and paying through paypal? if people are buying product via ebay i wonder what age verification processes are instituted, if any.

Somethings slip by ebay and as long as it's listed as other pp hasn't declined tbe purchase.

PP does still have a tobacco limitation is use, and theoretically, eBay does not carry any tobacco related stuff either. Obviously, we've all seen plenty of exceptions with both.

if there are plenty of exceptions then pp may be up there when at least looking to purchase (authenticated) supplies (except for ejuice). but, the question remains concerning age verification, i guess.

There is always having the option of "USPS age verification mailing". Of course, it will add about $5.00 to the shipping charge and trips to the post office to show ID and sign, if not home stalking the mailperson.

Maybe some suppliers will offer options for age verification before too long.

I'm actually shocked about the last four digits requirement with some systems and am very weary about that.

The cel phone thing is annoying too, but I been running into that various non-vape related places, though most still offer emailing as a choice. I recently found out that one can't have an account with Social Security Administration without one. It's part of their security system to be texted a code each time you want to go to "your account".

Considering how many spam emails I got after opening accounts with certain vape vendors, there's -no way- I'd submit my real cell # to any of them. I don't get unsolicited sales calls/texts and would rather keep it that way.

I got a phone number through Google and use Google Voice/Hangouts and texting works. It worked fine for age verification. Along with their dialer app, I can use my tablet as a wireless phone as well.

Not a single place I ordered from had blue dot and I placed 3 orders. One even shipped juice to Arkansas when they aren't suppose to. Just gotta look for somebody who won't lie down against FDA's self serving rules.

Just placed 2 more orders from places I never bought before. No Blue check and they are shipping juice to Arkansas. I must be lucky XD
