Boba's - am I the only one who doesn't get it?

I've tried Boba's Bounty for the first time today. I let it steep for 3-4 days without touching it. In the meantime I tried the Gorilla juice and I really liked it.

Now Boba's... I tried to drip it at first, and I discovered that the bottle has more like a pour spout than a dripper Big flood. Anyway, cleaned up, used an empty bottle, but still I couldn't get anything extraordinary. I carefully filled a carto with it, and I keep vaping...

What flavor is it supposed to have? What am I looking at here?

It smells SO good as a liquid. The vapor production is close to perfect even at lower power. But the flavor is ... I'm not sure what it is. What are you guys getting? There's some sweetness, something... else... nothing to make me go wow What am I missing?

I am not a big fan of BB myself. I don't hate it, just not my fave. Bounty Hunter on the other hand... I can't put down!

first time I tried Boba's Bounty I was amazed by its flavor.

Never got that feeling again.

I didn't get anything from it either, not a fan of high VG base juice. Tried it in a atty also tried it in a carto at all different voltages and the flavor seemed muted to me, must be from the vg. Burned out 2 carto's from it also, boge 3 ohm doesnt like high vg juices, they take forever to fill up. Burned them up after taking like 5 nice size hits pretty fast, got to give it time to resoak I guess after that kind of vaping.
Capt Jack from halo seems similar in flavor to bobas to me but with more flavor and doesn't kill my carto's as fast.

1ST Time I tried Boba's I had a similar reaction to what your stating elfstone so I will just say to try this = once a day come back to it for 2-3 weeks, just take a few vapes and put it down. This is how I came to really liking this juice, it wasn't a juice that just grabbed me when I first used it so I'm not surprised by your thoughts one bit, However coming back to this juice daily or every other day and using it on different ohm Atty's and voltages I came to really liking this juice, so just try this if you have the patience to do so before letting it go and report back in 2-3 weeks with your thoughts again if you would. It's been a daily staple in my vape diet for 2.5 yrs or so now and it's a juice that really grew on me the more I kept coming back to it. To this day it isn't one I use 24/7 but one I have came a custom to using on a daily basis and I'm glad I didn't give up on this juice early

I loved it on first vape but it is getting increasingly less attractive to me.

Guess I will store the 10ml or so I have left and revisit it in 6 months or so.

I tried boba's and had nothing from it on the first day, let it steep for 2 weeks, had nothing, 2 months, NOTHING. I get no joy from this juice, Bounty hunter is a whole other animal, I don't know why these 2 juices are even compared , they taste nothing alike. I'm not gonna say I don't understand the hype but I don't get this juice, It is def not for me. Rafalicious on the other hand I enjoyed, too bad they don't make it anymore.

I just tried Bobas for the first time today and I am not normally a tobacco lover. But I am enjoying this, But the 100% vg has me pulling my hair out. I use cartos and this vg mix just isn't going in. I have added some straight pg to it and will let it set for a couple days and try it again. Does anyone else use this in a carto? If so, how much and what are you adding?

I posted something similar the other day actually, because I thought i was crazy for not really enjoying it. Granted, I did try it right out of the mailbox, so I posted about steeping....but most people seemed to say they loved it day 1. I can't figure out what the flavor is at all, but based on other descriptions I read before I bought it, i thought it sounded like something I would really like. Gorilla Juice on the other hand, I was skeptical about before I ordered. What I read sounded to me like I may not like that one, and I actually really like it. Kind of funny how that works.

I plan to go back to Boba's in a couple of days and see if I have a different opinion, but even the smell to me is not appealing. Sounds like I need to give Bounty Hunter a try though!

ditto, never got anything from it either. Couldnt say i liked the gorilla juice either. I did like the havana gold, but vaped it too much and now i dont like it anymore either . lol

I got to say I do enjoy it and being a 100% VG i dont have any problems with putting in a carto. I always use a syringe when filling my cartos too. Bobas Bounty IMO tastes exactly like Levi Garret Chew lol. Its a tobacco and raisin type taste to it and really has a nice TH for a VG juice. Now I been vaping this for almost week straight with the 555 as well. I do like both of them but I am very fond of tobacco type flavors. Its a nice mix from the sweet and bakery type of juices out there. if anything its a nice change up flavor. i also agree once you vape it for a period of time it does seem to get bland but that has more to do with my taste buds getting so use to this flavor now.

Boba's is one of my go to juices. I did not like it at first. I bought it because of all the hype and my first few days with it were disappointing, but as I kept on vaping it I finally got it. Not sure how to describe it but for me it's a perfect combination of flavor, vapor, and throat hit.

I also like Bounty Hunter a great deal, awesome juice!

I don't have any TH from it, its too weak being all vg even at 24mg. I have had it for 2 weeks now and just loaded another carto to give it a third chance. I have to say that it is still lacking in a few areas for me and will continue to search for more juices. My bag of eww juices is getting bigger lol but it is all part of the fun.

steeping really isn't an issue... but return to it or stick with it - it's is frequently underwhelming at first for even the most devoted fans...
if it is to be magic for you, try it for a few days...
not everyone falls in love with it - but many... perhaps even most who do have a similar first reaction to you...

Like with anything, we all tend to find our faves. I doubt you are missing anything, it just doesn't happen to be your cup of tea. There have been a lot of juices that people RAVED about, that didn't do it for me.
