Boge Carto @ 4.3ohm

Hello all
I just got my Provari 1 hour ago. Stuck a tank on it it that I was using on my Sig Zmax and checked the ohm's. I got 4.3. Is that normal for SR? Also checked it on the Sig and came up with the same thing. I thought they should be around 2.8-3.

Seems really high yes. I have never even heard of Boge's going past 3.0 3.1. I have a pro-vari mini and all my boge cartos read from 2.8-3.1. Maybe a defective device?

I suspect that the head in the tank is either bad or going bad. When you start to see the ohms going up, it's usually a good idea to put in a new one.

I've been using Boges for over two yrs and put away my meter because they were almost always perfectly spot-on. In fact, the 3 I thru away were because of user error, I believe .

At least you have VV- I'm on fixed volt egos and couldn't tolerate more than .2 higher. Lol, I'm always hoping one would someday err on the low side for a warmer vape- never have.

Thanks for the input. What's the worst that can happen if I leave it in till it goes? This is my last bit of juice on this flavor and I don't have enough to prime a new carto.

The worst is it will just burn your eliquid and taste like crap.
