Well I was looking around and didn't see any reviews of these so i got some this morning and have been happily vaping away all day so I thought i would fill everyone in with my first thoughts on these. I got mine on a preorder from vapelite.com . First off let me say that this was my first time purchasing through vapelite and I am impressed . I had a couple of questions and was suprised at how fast Paul got back to me ..
Okay on to the cartomizer , at first I didn't really know how to fill it and was curious and just when i was about to email paul at vapelite , i got one from him saying how to do it.You just simply screw the cart in then keep turning clockwise while pulling on the mouthpiece , it is a sleeve and easily pulls off then you will find a soft cap kinda like a regular cartomizer. so i filled it up and 4.mil is just a wee bit to much. so I let it sit about a half an hour , and then bingo this is a vape machine just nothing but big clouds of fabulous smooth vapor , i was using one of my favorite flavors from TV geoff's blend and it hasen't tasted this good in quite some time , i have been using ce2 carto's and ego t systems for a little while now and really like what i am getting out of this carto, and in direct comparison to the leo atty and cart combo , I like the cartomizer better ( more flavor more vapor and not even a twinge of anything nasty)i will be ordering more for sure . i know there are those out there advertising low resistance leo carts but really don't think it could get any better, i also tried it head to head with my ego type b LR tank and cart and am definitly impressed . head to head it has more flavor and better vapor and the fact that it holds about 4 mils of liquid is a big plus. I just hope reliability stays good . cleaning is going to be just like a regular carto , much better than the ego cartomizer which to me was about a 4 refill then toss it..

The cartomizer is definitely the way to go with the Leo. I like to take long, slow hits and the cartridge/atomizer combination never fails to produce the dreaded dratty taste. To my taste, the cartomizer tends to mute the flavor, maybe because the juice is traveling through so much batting. Thus it works best (for me) with stronger flavored juices. I can go for a couple of hours on one carto filling, and the battery lasts at least 5 or 6 hours. I use one carto per flavor and don't worry about cleaning between uses. If it lasts a week or two it's still a bargain.
