I ordered a custom ordered DNA30 just a few days ago and this thread has got me nervous about loosing the large sum of money i gave him. I attempted to cancel the order so we'll see how that goes and i also emailed him about just doing that.
This thread is ONLY for those who have ordered from Bogger Box Mods and are having issues getting the items they have paid for.
I ordered an "in stock" bogger box dna20 mod on October 13th. Before I placed the order I read through the sites FAQ's and saw that "in stock" mods are usually shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Right after placing the order I emailed Marcus (the owner of Bogger Box Mods), and inquired when the mod would be shipped. Most of the time when emailing the company you get an automated response, which I did, but I then received a personal email from him stating that I would be receiving a shipping notice within 24-48 hours. Well, in the 16 days that followed, I sent 5 more emails, and none received a personal response. On October 29th, I received a "pre shipment notification " (meaning that a label had been printed, but it had not been dropped off to the post office for shipment.) 5 days later....the package has still not been mailed. 21 days total....no mod. Just to clarify, this was an "in stock" mod...not a "custom mod".
Please feel free to share your story if you have ordered from bogger box mods and are having difficulties receiving the items you paid for. Bogger box mods is no longer a registered vendor on ECF, and the company's vendor thread has been closed. I will continue to update this thread with my own experience as it unfolds.
what about emailing him and letting him know that you blasted him and his company on a public forum? bad publicity should make him worry. bad publicity=no business.

Man I hate hearing this. I had bought an item in the classies about a month ago and the individual told me his experience with Bogger. I live about 1/2 mile from his address stated on his site. I have gone by his place of business several times which is just a residential home. Not to bad of a neighbor hood but not the best either. Clovis is really a pretty small town. If anyone knows if there is anything I could do to help being that I'm local to help in this situation, I would be willing to help in anyway I could. I have lived here all my 61yrs. so I know many folks some influential and some not. So if someone know of some way ( abiding by the law of course ) that I may help let me know.
He doesn't reply to any emails (with the exception of a standard computerized auto response each time a message is sent) or attempted telephone contact. Life has gotten in the way of me keeping up with this situation and whether he is continuing his fraudulent business practices and activities. Hopefully, more people who are currently waiting for orders to be filled, or who have submitted claims to their financial institutions will chime in.
did you pay via credit card? cant you get a refund or contest the payment?
I already contested a non delivered order from Bogger with my CC company and did receive a full refund. This thread is intended for anyone who would like to share their experience with this vendor (either good or bad). Through this thread (and Boggers "official" supplier thread, which has been closed because they are no longer an ecf registered supplier) We have found that Bogger has an ongoing problem fulfilling orders that are placed...
are people seriously still placing orders here? i want a bogger box bad as anything but not willing to risk it
I ordered three for Christmas presents back in December (early December) and have yet to receive any of them. They will not answer their phone, email, or respond through their online contact forms. I've written a letter to them, cancelling my order. I'm thinking of contacting the State Attorney General's Office and maybe go from there? This just makes me so mad that they keep taking orders!!! They will not let you leave reviews either...
Thank you for coming forward with your experience. Did you order "in stock" mods, or were they "custom"? Your experience is similar to many who have had dealings with this company. You are not alone. Your only recourse is to file an official dispute with your credit card/financial institution. There is a very high liklihood you will not receive any responses from the owner of the company. He has a documented track record of not doing the right thing in these cases. You should have no issues getting the funds returned by your financial institution. They will investigate the claim, which could take a while, but you will win the dispute. My financial institution called me to verify the dispute information I provided on the online dispute form. I'm assuming they also try to contact the business owner about the dispute, but I'm guessing he doesn't answer their calls either. You can also file a complaint with the New Mexico States Attorneys office and the New Mexico branch of the Better Business Bureau. I have been encouraging everyone to report this vendor to both.
Please keep the thread updated with any new information you might acquire during the coming days/weeks/months
I ordered the Custom Mods, but since it's been almost three months, I'm just going to follow through with the credit card dispute. I also noticed that they introduced a new model on their website, which is one of the reasons why I waited so long before I grew suspicious. For new Year's they had some kind of special offer, so I just figured they got a little behind with Christmas orders, and since they were updating their website I wasn't worried. It wasn't until I came here and read the posts on the forum that I became really concerned. I will keep everyone updated. I wonder if what this business owner is doing would be considered credit card fraud-isn't that federal crime? Can't wait to get to the bottom of this!
I have begun a much needed Twitter campaign to inform members of the vaping community about the unethical business practices of Bogger Box Mods. Feel free to Retweet any of my posts to get the word out. Below you can find my Twitter handle.

Thank you! What sets this apart for me from being just unethical to possibly illegal is the business owner's refusal to return phone calls and emails after the estimated ship date has long passed. I would have waited 6 months or more if this had been dealt with differently, but since it hasn't, I can only assume I will never get the products I paid for. I will contest the charges tomorrow.I will take my chances. He is defrauding people in this community on a daily basis. The majority of vapers who might be considering doing business with this company have no idea what they could potentially be getting themselves in to. If my warnings can reach one of these people, it would be worth it. During my ordeal with him, Marcus lied to me (in personal correspondences) about the status of my order, and I have the documents to prove it. What he is doing is unethical, and illegal. It needs to stop. You say that this could be approaching "beating a dead horse" status....I completely disagree. The "horse" is alive and well, and he continues to take NEW orders TODAY while many people have been waiting 2...3...4....5...9 months for their orders to be fulfilled. The minute Marcus stops taking new orders and addresses ongoing disputes, I will stop...but not until then.
