I had put in an order on eliquidnart.com on February 26th. By March 7th, I still hadn't gotten an email, nothing stating that my items were being shipped. On their website, it just states that my items are still "Awaiting Fulfilment". I had emailed them through their contact page on their site and they hadn't replied. On March 7th I emailed them again. Still no reply. They don't have a phone number to contact them, so there's no other way for me to contact them! On March 11th, I emailed them again, stating my anger and frustration. And yet again no response.
My order was for 4 gallons of VG, and 1 gallon of PG. I would usually always get my VG from here, with no problems.
I'm really ...... off by now, cause its been almost a month, with no updates, no responses, and no product!!! I had to order my VG and pg from somewhere else, and I got those within 4 days. I'm ripped off of almost $200 right now!!!!
If "Awaiting Fulfilment" means that they're waiting for it to be in stock, shouldn't they at least email me back?!?! Offer me a refund at the very least!!! Terrible customer service!!!
Where do I go from here?????​
