Do you solder your ground wires direct to the chassis or have you got a source for flat 6mm diameter washers?
For my last build I stole a washer from another BB but haven't been able to find one for my new frame.

I have no washers on the ground to frame. I have no time yet for the build - will take some pictures.

Ground wires fasten to frame with a screw. Wires cobbled together two days ago. DNA chips are a day late.

Thanks mate. My ground wires weren't/aren't tipped with those crimped-on loops, so needed a washer (like the BBV and SXK wiring). to hold the wires in place on the frame.
I'll buy some of those loops instead.

They are great, I could enjoy purple too.
Thanks for uploading them, they are on my pc so I can study details. I thought maybe a BF 60 chip could work, but when I see how thin the frame looks between the screen and the chipset, it's probably doubtful whether a BF will fit, it has slightly rougher chipset electronics.
Too bad the frames are not available in silver, raw aluminum with stabwood doors....

Plenty of custom stabwood doors available for BBs.
You could sand the frame back to raw aluminium or maybe find a stabwood colour to go with the camo frame

I found a solution to the ground wires/washer problem.
I looked in my local electronics store for a crimp-on loop like the ones @crss posted. They didn't have anything in the right size.
I improvised by cutting off the (too) large end loop and will use the smaller end instead. Just need to solder my ground wires to the flat section.

First power up was a fail. Dead. It was a bad soldering joint from the battery positive.
I don't really love the silver inners but they're all I have for now so I added a cut-out from the sexy vampire battery wrap to liven it up.

You did a really nice job T.

    Looks nice and clean.

Did notice the vanilla ice cream.
