Good luck mate, I purchased mine in May, well over the 30 day warranty. You got yours way before me. Maybe Aspire is the way to go...
You're right. At least Aspire should know, even if they do nothing. This is the first nylon body I've ever seen in a mod.

Where there's a will, there's a way.
This made me laugh

Ginger Industries, the maker of Boxer mods sells 510 soldering tips for their mods to get around the PMTA restrictions in the US. And remember fasttech 510 flashlight heads about 10 years ago? Today I believe Alibaba still sells 510 flashlight heads.

This is the first nylon body I've ever seen in a mod.

In my experience, nothing sticks to nylon. :(

That's interesting Bill. Since my posted photo it's started flaking more. Almost like the bond between the white nylon body and the white coating has started to loosen. I like the mod a lot - pity that ultem one that was a prize in an Indonesian comp didn't get to market here. Would love one like that.

That Rekavape clone that I posted a pic above is said to be 3d printed nylon. When I first got it I scatched inside the battery cover to see if it was white underneath but it's black through and through. Notice that I didn't say it was nylon, they did.

So I said "they said it was 3d printed nylon" for this very reason.

Powered by Evolv DNA60 Chipset
Material nylon 3D Print
Compatible with BB / Billet Boro Tank
Output Power: 1~60W
Powered by 1 x 18650 / 21700 battery (not included)

3fvape claims it is a polycarbonate.
That one has the China chip, the Panda DNA60 one also says Nylon.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to me why they would be using different materials to produce the same body. Could it be two different manufacturers?

Here's a tip that I want to pass on for any one with one of these Rekavape clones or the OG for that matter. The positive post on the mod has a nylon washer under it while the OG has a silicone washer to prevent liquid from seeping into the mod. At first I was going to replace the nylon washer with a silicone one but came up with something I thought would be even better.
A small dab of dielectric silicon grease under the washer.
Soon after when I first got the mod I found juice around the edge of the screen and inside under the button panel.
Applied my fix and have not had any problem since. I just now pulled of the front panel to check before posting this.
The may be useful for use with other mods.
Pictured is the mod with screw and washer removed and then assembled using dielectric silicone grease under the washer. The silicone grease will not run and e-liquid can't get past it.
