My tubing is so tight in the cap that on one of the bottles, the hole in the cap actually shaved off some of the outside of the tube when I pulled it through. Haven't had any leaking anywhere yet, though. I just used an old bottle that was still in a mod, and I don't think I could ever go back.

I find it hard to believe these could leak out of the top of the bottle cap . The tube is really tight . I am not saying it isn't but I have a feeling its the cap not seated properly
yeah the ones i got from you would never be able to leak from the tube and metal top. that was a tight fit!

I took the top off the mod, gently squeezed the bottle, watched the juice seep between the tubing and the metal cap. Initially I had thought the 510 was leaking, until I investigated further. I have three bottles which leak, the others don't.

No Rob....bought them prior to you having them in stock....not a biggie whatsoever...I was just wondering if anyone else had issues. Larger tubing will solve the leakage.
Yes it should I would think you could return them if you bought them from me I would exchange them

So theese are not working for reo mini? Is there anything like those bottles working for my reo mini. Im kinda worried how is original bottle going to work out on canadian winter when the temp goes down to -30 -40 celsius. When i bought Reo, i Bought it to end my winter game with dry hits, but didn't think i might run into problem because the bottle gets stiff as a football...

Lots of Canadians have been using those regular bottles up there for years. I don't think they get too stiff in the cold that you can't squonk them. There are some little 3 ml soy sauce bottles (search eBay) that will fit and they're softer, but they are really thin and don't last that long. They come in a pack with three sizes....red caps. The small ones work in the Minis.

@redeyedancer is spot on... I have 10 bottles and one of them leaked... on closer inspection it was indeed the thread (and more thread would be great on the next release)... after a few screw on and off's it seated properly and has been fine ever since... if you screw the bottle on and the rim of the cap fits snugly against the bottle there is no leaking at all.

Time will tell, this years winter turns out to be extremely mild so far. I'm working on construction, so i spend my days outside, and even with 50/50 juice with 5% water in it at -30 celsius that juce is barely moving in my nextgen tank. Wicking is possible only by plugging the air holes and sucking the hell out of the atty. At first there is a flood but thenit starts to work its way out as the whole thing heats up. As soon as i leav it in my pocket for more than 20 minutes, have to repeat the process again lol.

How long regular bottle can last me? I'm refilling it approx 3 times a day... I got only one bottle, so i guess i better get my self some more of those before this one cracks on me... Is there any other vendor possibly in Canada carrying those bottles or i have to go directly to reo mods?
Thanks in advance :)

I have ten of them too...and watched the juice leak around the tubing at the metal cap when I squeezed ever so slightly. Never had a problem with the limited threads.

Couple of thoughts...

1) Maybe think about getting a grand. Those minis are great, but it sounds like you'd really benefit from the larger bottle and battery life of a full-sized grand. They're not that much bigger - still very much pocketable.

2) Try a higher PG juice for the winter. Smaller clouds, sure, but much thinner and better in the cold.

3) You should order the bottles from Rob. I know of no Canadian vendor at this time (and I've looked - I'm in Vancouver).

4) Lotsa construction jobs in the Lower Mainland :). Nice and warm (and a marginally better hockey team).

Didnt get the part around a battery life? I am using 18650 in my Reo, am i being missinformed here and have a reo grande then? If so all i can say is ahahahahahhahah :D
Just checked on reos site. Apparently the one i have is the same like the orange reo mini 2.1 except for the push button. On reo's site button is a plain black plastic, while mine haves what i believe is aluminium top over the button...
Edit2
As far as juice, trust me i have tried al that has crossed my mind. I am mixing my own stuff for a quite some time now, and found out my throat and my lungs arent a huge fan of PG. I feel everything over 30% of PG in form of a slight tickling in my throat and lungs, and if i go over 50% i caugh like i have tuberculose. If i ad over 10% of water, liquid is popping while it evaporates and creates spitbacks and pretty harsh vape.
I tried 45/45/10 and that was thin enough but i couldnt vape it. My throat started hurting very badly, and i couldnt get rid of terrible TH and caugh.

We hit the same temps here...it never gets unsquonkable, just make sure you squonk longer so the cold juice gets up :)

Battery life usually refers to where the voltage output of the battery from use drops to a point where the quality of vape falls off. Most folks run from a fully charged battery at or near 4.1-4.2VDC down to 3.8-3.7VDC, then recharge it or change to another fully charged battery. I don't find it as critical as some do, so I run mine lower. In a short time you'll know when to recharge/change your battery based on the vape you are getting without checking the voltage the batt is actually putting out.

If your Reo uses an 18650 batt, it is a Grand. The aluminum button added to it is an accessory Remosmods offers.

Some folks have negative reactions to PG, so not all that uncommon. I'm not one of them but I still do not use PG except via some of my DIY flavor concentrates that are based on PG (and are being replaced with VG based concentrates). Living on a true desert my climates temperature extremes are the opposite of yours in the frozen north. So I can vape my preferred 100% VG or VG Heavy year round with no viscosity issues at all. But I lived in the frozen north for nearly half my life and well remember liquid viscosity issues of other things. So a thought from those days that I did with some of those other things... you might try carrying your Reo in a pocket close to your body, let body heat help keep the "juices flowing" in your Reo so you can use less to no PG.
