I install feed tubes on 510 nipples with 4"/5" jewelers needle nose pliers. Doesn't take much of a hold on the tubes so doesn't damage them.

We are going to need replacement bottles soon... the tube and cap will last but the soft bottle isn't going to last that long... especially if you opening and closing a bottle twice a day everyday.
I'm working on wearing out my first one... but on closer inspection it was a small sliver of plastic that was causing the issue today and the bottle is in far better condition than I had thought... but wear out it will.
But these are still the best squonk bottles ever!
Mine are finally coming today! I'll be one thst is filling bottles 2-3 times a day.. hopefully not as much as these will be easier to squank.
I normally refill on bat change when bottle gets half emtpy.

OK, here's my opinion on the bottles. At least my initial opinion after only a few days.
The squonk action is much easier, obviously. The extra juice storage is probably perfect to get me through a 10 hour work day without having a spare 6ml of juice in my pocket all the time. Especially with the brown LG batteries. The combo of these bots and that battery totally eliminates my need to carry a batt and 6ml of juice to work.
The bottles, however, almost make the mod feel inferior or cheaper. The walls are so thin that I sometimes long for the harder squonk of Rob's original bottles. I definitely ovesquonk more now, but I know that will change with a new squonk procedure.
I've had to fiddle with the top caps a few times to get them to seat nice and air tight. With the original bottles, no fidgeting is needed.
I guess in summary, I'd say that the bottles are good and solve some problems and make squonking easier, but I will switch back to the OG bottles in all but one REO because I am still more used to them. I have no worries when I go out with one of the 6ml bottles installed.
These bottles may be truly a "to each his own" type of thing.

I got used to mine very quickly. One reason that I adapted quickly is that I wanted to; I wanted the easy thumb action and the larger capacity. I knew these bottles would give me both.
I also got used to them quickly. I really needed them for my hands, and my hands are much happier now. When you refill do you remove the tube from the nipple? I found it's much easier to do that, and it ends up going back on very easily after a time or two of removing it. I just hope they hold up and last a long time. After seeing them run over by a car tire, I am thinking they will
I usually just unscrew the bottle from the cap and refill that way. I just see the threads as the weak point on mine, at least. I am going to set up one REO Grand with the bottle and give it plenty of time in rotation to see what I ultimately think.

I had a small oring that I once purchased for a reo mini bottle, but it was wrong for the mini. I tried it on these Fancy Italian Supersoft Squonk Bottles and it sits perfectly on the mouth of the bottle.
The ID of the oring is perfect for sliding up the hose up inside the cap and there are enough threads that they catch and it seals up tight. Check it out.

Been hearing how flipping soft these are for like 4 months now? Even better then expected! Crazy soft!
Remember reading g about thrm possably being too soft and having an issue with removing to refill and squeezing up juice by acident. Seems like the bottom edge is firm enough to allow one to unscrew it without squeezing it.. but we shall see when the time comes.
The big test for me is feeding with my rm2s. Those are hard to squank with thr chamber the juice has to flow threw and it's like a 0 issue now! Lol. Feeds just as easy as the little origin 16 which I find is the easiest to squank with the short juice path.
These are a keeper! Now to just add one on 4 more 2015 woodvils. And give thr extra to my friend as a extra bonus christmas gift for her like new reo grand lp/sl black anodized!
She has no idea about these new bottles so imagine her response when she sees the bottle the first time! Haha prob be like yeah big deal a juice bottle.. "but wait till I out it on for ya!"

So glad ya got em and are loving them!! For me I found it was just much easier to take the tube to refill, so I could just hold the bottle normally. Your friend will be soooooo excited!!

so does the 4 stand for 4 meters? Was trying to figure how much you get.
That is the OD and ID (diameter), they sell it by the Meter...Quanity 1=1 Meter
