Bought a Spinner and Kanger Protank while waiting for Vamo

I just bought a Spinner and a Protank because my Vamo is still in the mail. I'm running it at 3.7v with a 80/20 juice but don't seem to get a decent throat hit, it's a nice vape but I seem to be missing that little kick in my throat. Is that just the Protank or the volts. I wish I knew what ohms the coil is but there are no indications to let me know. I've consulted the power chart and figured that the coil was 1.8 because most kits come with the 1.8? Don't get me wrong, I absolutly love the filling process of the Protank. No more bruised palms shoving a carto through wonky o-rings.

I've notice the same from the Protank on my all day Vape juice. Is it a juice you normally get a better TH with on other devices? If so, then it's the Protank. Lol. I get a better TH on my Vivi nova. I still have my full Protank though for backup. I am wondering if its because the coil is at the bottom and further away from your mouth as opposed to the Vivi which is at the top and closer.

It might be a 2.5 ohm coil. 2 of my 3 Pro Tanks came with 2.5 coils. The third came with a 2.2 and a 1.8. Have you tried going above 3.7v? The chart is only a guide. I usually start off at low volts and adjust it up based on how the juice tastes.

mine came with 2.5 that metered at 2.8 (on vamo) so I went 4.6v on my twists to get my 7.6 watt range (works best for me anyway - vamo pretty much stays at 7.5w) I did order 1.8 ohm heads to get the volts down a little and those consistently metered at 2 and 2.1 ohms - once I get 4 burnt heads (I use really dark, sweet DIY juice) I am going to rebuild them to meter at 1.8 ohms

It is a different juice/vendor but everything I have used on my ego-c and a carto j-tank has had a great TH. I have quickly understood why everyone on this forum spends a good amount of money on vaping. I can't seem to buy a carto with a juice or a PV without a tank. I thought it was funny that there is a cash advance place next to the vapor store. I just don't want to burn out my heads super fast.

I have 2 1300mah spinners and 2 Pro tanks. My Pro tanks came with 2, 2.5ohm heads each. I vape with them at around 4-4.5v depending on the juice. I also bought 10 extra heads with the Pro tanks. Try increasing your voltage to see if you get the throat hit that you want. Good luck.

I have and I am getting the TH i was looking for. Should last me until I get my Vamo and can figure out what I have. Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Glad it worked out for you. I really like my Spinner/Pro tank combo. Its a simple set that just works all the time. I'm hoping to buy a Tesla in the near future. It seems like the Provari and the Tesla have the least amount of problems, and I can't afford a Provari yet. But that's the one I'm getting after the Tesla. Make sure you let us know what you think of the Vamo. Good luck.

The Provari is like a car payment and everyone at my vapor store uses them. Seems like a great mod but if I can get great performance for a sixth of the cost than less disappointment from the wife

Here's what you do...you buy her a Provari first. Then when she's seen you vaping on your spinner/pro tank combo she'll feel bad and tell you to buy a Provari for yourself.
