I never had any luck at all refilling the e-health cartridge inserts. I use that unit exclusively for dripping (dipping, really) now, mostly when trying a new flavor. And even if you could, they honestly hold little more liquid than you'd get from dripping. Those inserts are tiny.
If E-Health has those little cartridge inserts, then I should definitely mention one other thing...

If you are going to refill them, you need to pop those little inserts up out of the cartridge.
If you are trying to refill them by dripping juice down into the cartridge you will definitely get lots of juice down the sides.

The little inserts pop out really easily though, just push a straightened paper clip up through the hole in the mouthpiece.
But yeah, seriously, those little cartridge inserts hold so little juice you are far better off just dripping.

As many said already, bite the bullet and order a 510 kit from Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.

You get two batts, two attys, a charger, and 5 carts prefilled. Add some juice to that. Most of us vape 2-3ml a day, so buy accordingly and save the shipping charge when you run out of juice in that first bottle. We all think that 10ml will last a while. 60ml a month is normal. You'll run the first 5 carts dry in a couple of days.

Cignot sells 3ml sample bottles for around $3. It's more expensive, but a good way to try a lot of flavors at first to get used to what is out there and find out what you like.

I did buy a 501 starter kit... I am not talking about refilling the crappy E health carts... I am talking about refilling the 501 carts taht came with the starter kit... I tried reusing the carts and always got nasty juice in my mouth... I tried to find some extra foam at walmart when i said polyfill they looked at me sideways...

I have seen the bigger e cigs in bars, etc, they look pretty easy to use. like the brand name "E Cig", they are somewhat popular around here. I just want something I can use consistantly that isnt a hassle so i can get off the analogs and get my lungs back to where they should be

Assuming you are happy with the 510 battery life, get a couple of packages of Boge 510 3ohm cartomizers and a delrin 510 drip tip. They are easy to fill, hold about 25 drops, and are reuseable. Pop the drip tip on the cartomizer, and you shouldn't get juice in your mouth.

It sounds like you like them, but wouldn't 3ohms be a little high for a 510 battery?
Or are you using a true 3.7v battery instead of a 510 battery?

I would think to get a decent hit you would want to be no higher than 2.5ohms.

Have you looked at the eGo-T yet?

It's a tank system, very difficult to get any juice anywhere near your mouth :p

Fill 3-4 tanks for a day (if you're a heavy vaper) and you're golden. No more foam/fill/teabags to deal with, no burned up cartomizers, just fill, click, and go.

Cignot carries them, and is known to have some of the best customer service and fastest shipping in the industry!

Biting the bullet on this. Looks nice! Thanks for the suggestion. Really don't want to deal with all the headaches of the 501 maintenance. Having said that, I do have a barely used 501 if anyone is interested. ;)

one more thing - difference between 1000mAh and the other type?

There are two batteries for the eGo/eGo-T

650mah - Lasts between 6-12 hours or more, depending on use
1000mah - lasts between 18-30 hours or more, depending one use (My record was 36 hours from charge until dead battery on a light vaping day)
