When I first started vaping, it was my goal... no... my DREAM, to be able to smoke when "I" wanted to, and to not have the analogs rule my life... a week and a half later I was off the analogs entirely. In the last 5 or 6 days that I smoked, I had one analog per day, just to remind me that "I" was in control, not the cigarettes.
It has been months since I had an analog, but I am completely confident that if, by chance, I wanted to actually smoke one or two, I can do that, then resume vaping. To me... this is being in control.
You have not failed by smoking, not in the least. I think an adult should be allowed to enjoy a tobacco product when they so desire. The trick here, is to not use tobacco to maintain a nicotine addiction... Use Vaping to maintain that addiction, and relegate cigarettes to being the treat that you occasionally have, and not the burden of being addicted to them.
Enjoy that Kool, and do it guilt free, because by doing so, and not viewing it as a failure, you can do it as an affirmation that you do NOT have to succumb to cigarettes to maintain the addiction. Vaping is a MUCH safer way to meet that need.
