Well, it's official. We are under a blizzard warning until tomorrow morning. Here where I live they are calling for up to 20 inches of snow!!

We're prepared to just hunker down, and wait it out. Oh, how I wish I was in Florida!! :)

Oh boy, I hope you stocked up on everything that you need. That's just horrible........stay warm!!!!!!!!!! :)

Yes, we did. We can hold out for quite awhile, Thank God!!!!!!! We're keeping warm for now. But the forecast shows the temp tomorrow night dropping to -14!! With a wind chill of about 30 below!! This reminds me of the blizzard we were stuck in when Erie, PA had an all time record low temp of -17, and a wind chill of -40 something!! I think it was back in 1994 or 95, when we drove I-90 a lot from Cleveland, OH to Rochester, NY in the semi. I never thought I'd see something like this in the midwest!!
Maybe I'll go out and build a snowman when the snow quits!

My goodness... and I thought the foot we were getting was bad. Keep safe!

Thanks!! We're not going anywhere. I just hope we don't get cabin fever! :) Oh well, I can always challenge my husband to a snowball fight!

Around here, the Dept of Transportation isn't equipped to deal with snow like this, but they do the best they can. Maybe some folks from there in Ohio can come help us out!

You stay safe, too!!

At least we do not have to "run out for cigarettes". I am in PA and we are getting hit with messy weather. I will be calling off work tonight. Wrecking my car, or gettingmyself injured is not worth it.

That's the truth! Be safe!!

Hey, maybe you can send your D.O.T to help us out down here?! We need all the experienced folks from the Northeast!!

Actually, I've seen worse storms than this along the "snowbelt" on I-90. That lake effect snow is the worst!! I've driven through a whiteout a few times, and it's a miracle we were able to find a safe place to park the semi!

The blizzard is over for us, thank God!! We got about 11 inches, but west of us the snowfall totals were much higher--18 inches in some places. We haven't seen a storm like this in many years. Last night, I-70 was closed from Kansas City to St. Louis. The entire 200+ mile highway!

This storm is moving East, and I hope and pray everyone stays safe!!
