Bragging on Mount Baker!

OK, so I placed an order with them recently for a juice, and wanted an extra flavor shot.

Somewhere along the way my finger slipped, or my scroll wheel scrolled, and I ended up ordering 5 flavor shots!

Needless to say, what I got was hideous!

I went on mount baker's live chat, and in the end, they practically insisted that as a "one time courtesy", they'd send me another bottle at the same 24mg of nic, without the flavor shots, for free.

I just want to thank mount baker Vapor publicy for standing behind their sales and supporting their customers after-the-fact. It was most likely my fault, and this action shows me that they are caring people who believe in vaping over smoking. Thanks!

I have had great customer service from Mt Baker Vapor. I always get someone on live chat and they have the authority to remedy any issues. Being a local company I give them my business when if can. Their retail store is also very nice.

I've always had zero issues with MBV. I order on Friday and it's here on the east coast, in my hand. on Monday 99% of the time. I always have Hawk Sauce on hand. I have 236ml on the way now. I'm not a fan of all their flavors, but I can say that about any vendor. The ones I like, I know will get here fast.

Have only ordered a cpl of times from MBV last being there sale on Friday love there chat feature impressive how the person on the other end is both knowledgable and speaks English. And compared to what vendors up her in Canuckastan charge it's a no brainer as long as it clears customs.

Just try to order as well for international shipping. I got issue cause it won't accept my credit card. Live chat came to a rescue and now my order has been shipped

Got the shipment after 15 days and saw the label which shows that it is actually mixed on the date that I ordered it. Will steep it for couple of days then I will try on my rda. Then after 2 weeks or so, I might try it on my tank.

Just curious, does MBV have any good custards? About to try ITC vapes custard #3, and curious how MBV would stack up( price, flavor, and consistency) to charlie noble's Charlie's Custard (my newest fave)

With my last order I decided to grab a mod, the Stingray X clone they offer to be specific, and they sent me 2. First things first I checked my invoice, only charged for 1... okay let's call customer service and see where they want it shipped back to... to my pleasant surprise the response was "bank error in your favor, collect one free mod." This made my day. Needless to say I don't expect this to happen often, but it sure does guarantee my continued patronage. Great way to deal with a mistake. Makes me a customer for life.
