First time posting to the forum. I bought my husband an EM-RiVa 510 for Christmas. Charged the battery and filled the empty cart with an empty teabag and about 15 drops of the eliquid. He gets absolutely no vape. He says he can taste it but there is no sensation of anything going into the lungs. What are we doing wrong. He holds down the button while inhaling but still nothing. HELP! TIA

The empty cart that comes attached to the atomiser is Ok to use with some kind of filling, but have you tried using one of the actual cartridges that came with the kit? They most likely won't have any juice in, so you will need to add about 10-15 drops to begin with.
is the tea bag down far enough it is actually making contact with the atomizer ????

You don't need the tea bag. You can drip juice directly on to the atty. You can use the cartridge as a mouthpiece.
I hate to be forever telling new people the need to buy new stuff, but you really should buy some cartomizers so you don't have to deal with the carts and tea bags, etc.

Very common. If you do a search, you'll see tons of videos of the tea bag or pyramid tea bag method.
