So I broke my passthrough, thank god myself that I have a backup. I can't dissasemble it without getting the gold colored battery threads off - it seems they are epoxied in. Anyone have any ideas? I saw someone put it in a drill and apply a file until it was cut off. Maybe iso alcohol to dissolve the epoxy, or something else? Or dremel a flathead notch in the top to unscrew it? Anyone had success taking one apart?
