The 510 connection disconnected from the control head of my evic. Is there a certain kind of solder I need to use to repair it. The power wire is still on the firing pin and the ground is still connected to the PCB. This thing is two months old and it be a shame to waste it.

Haven't repaired an Evic but have soldered eGos, Twists and Vamos and usually there's enuff solder left to re solder the wire.
It's really not that hard. The only caution I would give is to be careful with the heat if soldering to a pcb. In my experience I found the problem to usually be a "cold" solder where the solder wasn't at the right temp when originally soldered at the factory.

I just bought a cheap soldering iron and some solder from wally world for about 8 bucks. My eVic Control Head plastic cracked and it keeps falling off still and i can't seem to get any kind of super glue to keep it from happening. I may just buy the iTaste SVD from fasttech since its cheap and seems to be a much more solid device.
