Broken Mini - help to fix it !

well, got my package in record time (9 days) to South America, and got it touch with Rob this very morning 5 mins after opening the envelope. I got all the parts but the most important one, the mini rebuild kit, wasn't there, 1 hr later I get a tracking number for the missing pieces. Solid mods, better customer service ... can we ask for more ?
