So I bought an rx200s a while back, and I went to update it and I plugged the cord into the computer and it wouldn't connect, and I tried with my other vapes and they connected except this one. I have never plugged anything into the charging port of my rx200s, so I found this weird. Then, when I would unplug it, would show on the lock screen that it is charging. Has anyone had this problem? I tried constrict wismec but they literally take so long to get back to you.

OK, what operating system are you using and when you first plugged it in was the USB device recognized?
Crappy cable for sure. Just updated mine to 4.13 and at first I grabbed a cable that was laying around and it did the same thing you described. Used a white cord that came with a Samsung phone and it worked great. I have the same issue with ADB and Android phones.
