Would Connie Olson care to provide any scientific evidence that there have been any adverse events from use of E-cigs? They have been used worldwide for at least five years and in the US for over two. Has there been an overdose reported? Nicotine, in its pure form, is a dangerous product as are many products. As far as the potential for overdose, it's the same as cigarettes. On the other hand, FDA approved products, such as Chantix have had over 100 deaths and thousands of severe adverse events. And stop with the flavoring and kids already. I don't hear you telling Big Pharma that they're marketing Nicorette gum to kids because they put flavor in it.

Smoked 43 years, at the end 2 to 3 packs a day. I got an e-cig on a whim thinking it might cut back on my smoking. Immediately I dropped to a half dozen cigarettes and for five months I've been smoke free, thanks to e-cigs and Swedish snus. I only vape minimal nicotine.
