Good note Vocalk, I can't believe she said " E-cigarettes are used as a means to encourage people, especially our youth, to begin smoking." This is like Deja-vu all over again.

I just read that in 2009 Washington repealed the legislation that distributed tobacco tax revenue to health and safety programs, and instead funneled that money into the general fund.

That will T off the ?non-profit?"health" associations. How can they possibly do their job, or buy a new Lexus, without the state's money, I mean support?
Not to dig up old bones, but ... Didn't they make as a condition of this ordinance "until the FDA decides how to classify them?" I'm trying to find the document.
