I suspected it would be ok but decided to make a small unflavoured batch to test before mixing with it - it was terrible! Had a potent flavour and made my tounge tingle for hours. My tastebuds are still recovering.

I discussed with the supplier and they are going to replace it for me.

Again, i appreciate your feedback as I expected what you described but am very glad I tested it first.

We apologize for this inconvenience; we have recently changed our nicotine distributor and are not obtaining our nicotine from a new company that makes healthier and more organic nicotine. We bought a crapload of it and can't return it, so we have to convince you that's it's good for you. And hopefully you'll buy all that xtra flavoring @ our store.

we sell most of our nic to companies that mean more to us than you do. If you don't like it, you just don't know what's good for you! I mean c'mon, you used to smoke cigs! This is sooo way better!!

Hopefully we can figure this out soon w/o taking a major loss, but for now we're trying trying to placate everyone and sell extra flavoring to cover the major losses we will eventually incur as you and others take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely mind boggling that they would suggest something so idiotic! I've never bought their nic but have bought flavorings several times. After reading your OP I think I'm going to stop ordering from them and I'm disgusted by their behavior.

It was basically the same response I got from them when I complained about off tasting flavoring. Now I had been using these flavors for some time and knew what they tasted like and they used the same tiring old "Taste is subjective you must be using it incorrectly" line with me and refused to replace it. When you get several completely different flavors that all taste the same (And putred at that) there's something wrong. When you see Hangsen T5 and several other flavors that have been long discontinued still for sale you also know they have very old stock. I've since stopped using them.

They really need to monitor ECF a bit more closely and change there customer service practices and clean up there supply. There have been so many complaints about them it's embarrising already. A businesses success is based on there reputation and there reputation is getting pretty piss poor.
