When ordering a BSB make sure you ask whomever you order from to check the fit of the pressed in adapter with an 801 atomizer. Mine is cockeyed and is extremely noticeable with the 801 on it.

Also, make sure you try all your atomizer and adapter options. I used mine for the first couple weeks strictly with an 901 adapter and cartomizers and all was fine. Then I tried a 510 and it only screwed on a couple turns and wouldn't fire. Had to use nolox in the pressed in 510 connector and work the atomizer in and out until it finally works good now. If you run into this issue and try this make sure you clean out the nolox before vaping.

Other than these two issues it vapes really nice just not sure about quality control before they ship.

Question, why did you not contact me for a replacement. I build each unit in my home. Can you actually see that the connector is crooked? Are you sure the adapter you used was not bad itself and it did not strip the connection. Either way, the unit needs to be repaired. The 510-901 adapter is a M7x.5 thread, same as a 510 atty. There is no reason, unless the connection was messed up by the adapter that an atty would not fit properly. I have gotten some atomizers that do not thread in properly. By you working in an atty with noalox you have possibly stripped that connector.

It's not stripped. Every adapter and every atomizer fit now. Yes you can actually see the right side is higher than the left.

Chad look I'm tired of sending mods back for repair or replacement. Your device vapes really well but I truly believe more quality control needs to go into these mods before they're shipped to the customer. This includes other mods I have as well. I have several mods and only one hasn't had issues upon arrival. All the issues I've had could of been avoided had the mod gone through a good quality control procedure prior to shipping the item out.

Like I said in my previous post it vapes well and I'm pleased with it. I'll just deal with the crooked look when using an 801. Yes it looks crooked with other atomizers just not as noticeable because of their length.

Like I told Rob first impressions are lasting.

Do you have pics of this crooked adapter? I personally have dropped my BSB onto the concrete with the 510 atomizer hitting at a (roughly) 45 degree angle, and all that happened is it bent the atomizer at the tip. (It is no longer round at the tip) The BSB is in perfect condition. I would recommend the BSB to anyone who wants a very high quality device.

I would just like to say that EVERY SB, BSB, DBSB and BB are tested with 510 atties before they are shipped. I doubt that many other manufacturers go through the quality control that we do with every single unit. If there is a problem, even cosmetic, with any unit that we produce please don't hesitate to return it to us. We generally send the unit back the next day via priority mail.

I am sorry that you are not pleased with my unit. Each unit is carefully assembled and tested by me, what i don't understand is how the thread all of the sudden become wonky when you said you used an adapter and cartomizer for two weeks with no problems. Can you actually see the adaper sticking from the body? Or does it just appear to be uneven? After looking at the photo, it looks to me like the atty is the one that is crooked. I really wish you would return it to me for inspection/repair. I am also sorry to hear that you will never buy another product that I make. Tis a pitty you would not allow me to make it right for you.
