Did you ever get your mini?
No :(

Waiting for sing post to declare it lost so ft sends a new one. I considered ordering one right away but what if the lost one "appears" later? No point having two I think...

I never lost a package in the last 12 years and I did over 600 orders during that time... :(

Wow, that really sucks. I found SingPost gets delivered much faster than ChinaPost. Hope you get it resolved soon. If it makes you feel any better, I'm not too impressed with the mini. It's an overpriced box waiting for a real chip.

Real men use /root as home... /home is for pussies :D

Finally it "landed" in Lisbon... Check the dates on expedition and arrival.

Now it either will slip through customs and I'll get it next week or it will be inspected and I'll get it in a month with added fees. Wish me luck.

Good thing you ordered the one in stock rather than the ones that were delayed (7 days and then another 5 days for mine).

Think bullet proof :)

On a side note. I skimmed through the thread, maybe I missed it, but is there a better way to slap the buttons in this box other than glue/epoxy?

Lexan is strong but hardly bullet proof. Unless it's a few inches thick.

I think everyone is using hot glue or epoxy to hold the buttons in place.

What I have done, and it works great is: use thin double sided sticky foam tape. I use a leather hole punch the size of the Tack Switch 3/16. Just clean the surfaces well with alcohol before setting in place.

Real men use sudo sparingly.

On topic...in my CANA I used hot melt on one and JB weld putty on another. The cheap tactile switches have way to much activation pressure to use tape or foam, at least the ones I had. CA should work as well.

Real men don't use sudo at all as they log in as root to begin with :D
