There isn't a groove there though - I can see the recess for the window but no slot for the chip.
The recess in the front will only work if the plastic screen cover isn't used - dna screens aren't known for their durability so I wouldn't leave the cover out.

I ordered some Kesler 44 63/37 .020 cause it works at a lower temp., less chance of toasting components on the board

My Enclosure showed up today Now I have everything I need, But No time to do anything till the week end can't wait to build my FT box mod

As far as wire goes I know I need 20 awg but what type is best? Stranded, solid, etc. Also when looking I see UL ratings and other numbers I don't understand. Lol. Any help is appreciated.
More questions... With a dna board can I use any type of switch I want or is there some guidelines I need to be aware of? What about fuses? What type do I use and where are they soldered in? Thanks.
Single strand 20 gauge copper wire is good you can get it at Radio Shack. The switches don't really matter you can use any switch you want.

Well I got my green one in . I have my dna 30 wired and tested. Now the only thing is figuring out how to install the 510. I tried to press it on and it is simply too big for the hole. I hope maybe Retird can chime in and give some advise. Or anyone with experience on this type of press fit connector.
If the hole is too small for the 510 you will need to enlarge it just enough to still be able to press fit the connector.
Thanks! I figured. I ruined my connector trying to press it in. so ordered a fat daddy one. Not happy right now. Have you gotten your boxes from them. what are you usung for the 510?
Were did you get your info? Mine came from the Arlo how to written by mamu 2 3 amp fuses in parallel for single 18650
