Ordered my Bulli A2 in Stainless from Cetin at Bulli Smoker on June 16th. Received it on the 8th of July. Not bad shipping time from Germany to California, at all. Actually got it a lot faster than I thought, I would. I ordered it because I like the idea of a repairable and ohm customized atomiser. I am not disappointed. It is beautifully made. It took me less than 5 min. to wind up a new coil to my liking. Taste, TH, vapor are Awesome. So is Cetins' customer service. I have a lot of experience and have tried the latest and greatest, each time they came out. Only to be let down! Not this time, though. I'm done searching for the cartomiser/atomiser of my dreams. This is the Holy Grail of vaping. The price was well worth it! Just wanted to add, when I multi-metered it I had a resistance of 2.6. Wow, wonder what it'll be like at 2.0 or 1.6?

I've been playing around with the coil, and find I like it best at around 1.7 or 1.8.. I've got both the A2 Classic and the A2-T in stainless - they're great and have spoiled me as far as atties are concerned. Cetin is bringing out an A2-T with a bigger tank (around 2 ml) in about 2 or 3 weeks, and I'm planning on at least getting the upgrade.

They have me spoiled to. I went ahead and got the A2-t also. And when he has the mega-t, will get that. Yup, don't need anything else. I knew it could be done. Manufacturers just like repeat buyers, so they don't make this type widely available. I love that I can customize my ohm preference. So easy. I'm surprised this isn't more popular.

The price is totally reasonble for what it is. I agree though, people are scared by the price. Seems like thy would rather keep spending money on the latest and greatest over and over But considering they'll never have to buy anything else, so worth it. I'm finally enjoying vaping, trouble-free. Re-winding a new coil is simple. Sometimes I feel like making a new one, just for the fun of it, even when I don't need to. I love this thing. Here in the States the emphasis is so much on the battery carrier, when without a good atomiser, you have nothing!

I agree the atomizer is most important to me. That being said I have a megalodon, p16, and a p18 that is shipping this week.

Ordered one(A2-T) on 8/17, it shipped on 8/29 and it's in the US, now I just have to receive it....customs. Oh boys....Megatank upgrade now available...hehehe.....grrrr....haven't even received one and already wanting an upgrade...not good...hehe.

The A2-T arrived yesterday(09/08/2011) but I wasn't awake to sign for it so I picked it up today....I used it for a short while but had to run....will let you all know after a bit of use but initial impression...I love it so far....very well crafted....oh already ordered the update kit to the mega tank and the update kit for the classic....with one atty I get to try all that bulli has....I think I'll order another A2-T when he releases 'em on or after sept 30th...this thing is that well made!

I have also ordered a bulli A2-T, how do you adjust to get lower ohms, add tighter or more coils than the 5 suggested in the video??

I believe you change the number of times you wrap it but I haven't built one yet....I'm enjoying the 2.4ohm one that was built by cetin...I'm frugal like that. Flavor is really good, vape is wonderful and if I want to shut the wicking off...I put it on it's side...it does go through the juice quickly...thus a need for the mega.

The quality of this thing cannot be beat...impressed as hell with this.

You can either use fewer coils or thicker Kanthal to lower the resistance. I use four strands of fiber with three coils of 0.16 Kanthal for 1.7 ohms (used on an Ego-T battery or 18650 3.7 mod). I think Cetin's original one on my A2 was 3.6 ohms.

It's a really good idea to have a multimeter - a couple of people have shorted out batteries while experimenting with the A2 or A2-T.

I got the Mega update for the A2-T last week, meaning a "stouter" tube to use with the type B tanks. I don't know why, but I'm getting more vapor with the Mega (using the same coil and wick). Definitely going to order another one (or two).

How is the flavor (more or less) and draw (same, more stiff or more airy) on the Mega vs. the regular tank? Have you noticed any difference between the two?

How does the wicking perform on the Mega vs. the regular tank?

Sorry for the questions, just curious as I see others say that the Mega is better than the regular on the Ego and didn't know if it follows the same logic for the Bulli.

Thanks,

There's not really a discernible difference in the draw of the A2-T (A tank) or A2-T Mega (B tank) as far as I can tell, but definitely more flavor from the latter. The wicking is the same, since only the tube the tank fits in is different in size. A lot depends on the person doing the "repair". I've had a fair amount of practice doing the coils over the past couple of months, so they're pretty consistent, and the wicks are getting there.

Mann, been rollin up coil after coil and just havent been able to get good taste out of this thing for dripping. Using the cartridge it seems is a little easier to get it to taste good. Tried dripping more, the thing could be flooded with juice and am still getting a burnt taste. Tried moving the whole coil more in an "up" position away from the screw terminals, tried going next to the air hole tried going the opposite side and still no. Any suggestions anyone?

Wish I could help you out Jim but I'm having such a great vape with the original coil and the 701 carto that I can't bring myself to try it any other way yet. So far everything about my A2 gives the best vape I've ever had. But one day I'm sure I'll try dripping it soon enough, then maybe I'll figure something out that helps after you've probably already discovered it yourself.

I had the same issues with mine,,,, what I finally did was oxidize the mesh, like we all do with any other Genesis type Atty or G-Tank especially. Try this, take a piece of your mesh over to the cook top or any open falme, torch anything, burn till it glows orange, rinse with cold water, do this 4 times. Then repeat this process with VG, put some VG on your mesh, burn, wash, and repeat 4 times,,, this will oxidize your mesh to where it needs to be. I've also found that the size of the pre-cut pieces of mesh seem a bit small in width, I'm making mine so they fit a bit more snug in the pin opening that you slide it into. Lastly dont fill you cart tank all the way full, leave room for an air bubble to move the juice when you turn upside down for the juice to move this helps it run down the mesh. Lastly I also cut my mesh on a 45% angle like the open pin is cut that you slide it into. Hope this helps
