Maybe I'm wrong but its my opinion....

I believe alcholism is just as rampant as cigarette addiction, both have serious side effects. Yet I don't see any talk about banning alcohol. I did however see a commercial about a new whip cream flavored vodka. WTH!

All this tobacco ban talking imo is just a bunch of crap, some big tobacco company has its hands in the governments pocket and wants their share of what we vapers have found a safer alternative.

Nuff said, maybe I'm just being a b..ch

I find it odd that there is so much concern about "kid friendly" flavors for tobacco/ejuice, but there are literally tons of flavors of alcohol that I would think fall into the same category.

Frankly, I love the "kid" flavors in my vape and my booze, so hopefully, I'll still have that option for a long time to come. :p

The gubment tried banning alchohol In the 1930's and it led to some of the most violent gangsters of the 1900's in the US.I'll say one thing, they don't let past failures keep them from trying the same thing again.
Remember, they know what's good for you better than you do(can't you see the sarcasm dripping off that)

QusieQ..it's all about money. Look at cigarettes in general. The FDA claims to care about our health but do they really? Nope. Cigarettes are still legal. Why? They generate millions of dollars in tax money. Alcohol? The same reason...millions in tax money. Why do they want us banned? No tax money. So it's all about money. I also have another theory...population control. Think about it. If everyone quit drinking and smoking, there would be more people alive and none in hospitals dying. That would take money generated from dying away from doctors, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, churches, nursing homes, morticians, and the list goes on. The FDA wants us to get sick and die...more money for more people. I know that sounds twisted but it sure seems that way to me.

What really chaps my cheeks is being told by these jerks that we can't enjoy ourselves but go ahead and smoke yourself into an early grave.

Wow, I'm less alone than I thought. I'm not being a bi-ch, I'm just mad!

I'm right there with you. The FDA makes you feel like a stupid little kid that doesn't know any better. I don't know everything but I know that vaping has saved my life and that's all I need to know.

I think you hit it on the nail on it's head with that one. Also, this country is a bit twisted in some areas........

All this tobacco ban talking imo is just...

... that, talk. 'Bakky/nicotine won't be banned. Over taxed and over regulated, yes!!!

BP, BT and the gov will have to be careful in how they manipulate this nicotine vaping 'issue'. They risk exposing their hypocrisy by using their normal problem $olving and misinformation techniques.

Do expect the same ol' 'for da chicklins', 'gateway to', etc. propaganda. Do expect the selective data parade. Just study up, be prepared to counter the BS and, most importantly, don't be silent!

I have shared a lot more than my $0.02 when it comes to this topic (in other threads) so I'll be brief. This is all about weeding out the little guys and allowing a few companies to control the lion's share of the market. Naturally, the ones with the proper connections and $$$$$ are the ones that are able to navigate the legal labyrinth and come out on top. To the average Joe/Jane this is presented as regulation, health, safety and a bunch of other ludicrous names.

Everything that has been done thus far was to allow a few select companies to establish a solid retail foothold (as can be seen in 7-11, walgreens, walmart and others I am sure). Now that this is done, they want to ban internet sales so they can keep you healthy. Hogwash!!

And then we wonder why there a fewer and fewer small businesses in America.
