I've been vaping my claptons I put in last week and they've been putting out great flavor! Today my tank ran low so I opened it up and tightened down my posts because my ohms were jumping from .3 to .4. This seemed to fix the problem. I'd been vaping at 41.5 watts as that's where I found my preferred vape. Well after putting it back together and refilling the tank I took a hit and it was burnt. I kept turning it down til 30 where I can take a couple Vapes but can no longer chain vape without getting that burnt taste. Please help! Do I need new coils already??

A week chain vaping the same coil? Probably need a new one. I may do it wrong, but I usually start a new coil every 40mls of juice or so. I run 4 tanks at once, usually just change them all every few weeks.
I don't chain vape constantly. Mainly at night before bed. I puff as I would having an analog during the day.

When you removed the coil assembly from the RTA, is it possible that the wick dried a bit?

I live at altitude and going down or up I get wicking irregularities. I close the air holes and take a couple 3-4 mini draws. It works.
I've taken multiple hits from it tho shouldn't it have started wicking again by then?
