That statement right there makes me question so much about the company. However, I would assume they have the right ventilation in the plant that makes it a bit safer to inhale those fumes.

We do have ventaltion for the welding,great setp,its just a few times welders do a bit of grinding and such and ''cheat'' for a fast job as it were,nothing to worry about,you know how is sometimes when a in rush mode.I was at one place years ago where there was no ventation what so ver ever,it was so bad i thought i was a war zone,had to quit.

I have two jobs. Job 1, I work at a vape shop, so I can fog it up all shift with zero issues. Job 2, I am a chef. It's a bad idea to vape around food, so I go into my office when it slows down.
