I have one question about the new brass button. Can I put magnets inside?

It looks longer so they may fit however they will have to be outsourced as Imeo no longer makes magnets.

I have magnets in the all brass GG Slim and GGTB and they rock, until you need to break down the switch and clean it. However, that is not too often.

I just use it like a sleeve of metal the spring is inside of. Take a 2 inch long strip as wide as the switch post is long, roll your spring inside of it.

Ok I see what you mean, it's like an outer cover all around the spring but never collapses

I recall reading somewhere that the magnets don't fit the new button, something about not enough clearance. But don't hold me to it. Hope it pans out for you

Me either; in fact magnets have some advantages over springs; but I like both so it's good to have the option.

The new SS button works really well with a 2 magnet setup. The throw is the same and has good resistance.

I can't use magnets in mine, I like them alot but work as a boilermaker and my buttons end up looking like metal porcupines lol.

Actually I downloaded this video and went through it almost frame by frame but we never saw the top of lady Penelope. She looks nice however, I gather since this is a prototype it's not polished so I look forward to see her in her full polished glory on top of an equally polished Proteus. Very exciting stuff.

Great button Imeo, no correction, FANTASTIC button !!
I especially like the fact it's dual color brass/stainless so it will really match the GGTS as opposed to just brass. I agree that it should be the new standard button on all GGTS however I also agree that an all Stainless version should be available.

I must say I was surprised with the bigger logo and the new layout of the rest of the engravings but after seeing the video about 30 times I like it. It kinda grew on me and I like it, especially the fact that all engravings are deeper.
