Ok so here is unit # 1 of the Buzz Pro , all of the new top caps will look like this and the body is sandblasted for good grip. New Controller and Wheel adjuster .

If you're looking for a point-and-shoot, instead of a DSLR, get a Canon that is supported by this.
It's kind've a hack, but not really. Just load it onto your memory cards and it will load when you power on the camera.
