Just got my Buzz Pro yesterday, diggin it so far. The button is going to have to grow on me, it is my only minor gripe. I am use to, and more comforetable with a large more robust button, but I am sure the buzz button with grow on me.

I am curious if anyone else has notied the powerizer batteries rattling a bit in the buzz pro. I cannot stand hearing/feeling batteries move inside of my PV (the epower 18650 rattles a ton). I wrapped some electrical tape around each battery to make its circumference a bit larger. This has completely stopped the rattle. I am happy.

My question is, has anyone else done this? And would this be accepted as safe?

You probably will get used to the button size pretty easily, I've had an Infinity and now a BP and the buttons tend to work fine, consistently, you don't even notice what size they are pretty quickly.
I didn't use tape, but on the Infinity I had used a slip of paper in the tube. A small piece of electrical tape should be absolutely fine, safe. Good idea :)

That little button seems strange at first but it is attached to a very good little switch. That switch is rated for 1,000,000,000 cycles. It should last a really long time.
Another thing you can try to stop the battery rattle is to cut a piece of plastic out of the side of a milk carton that is the right size to roll up and slide into the battery tube. It will spring open flat against the walls and act as a liner/ shim. I used to do that to my home made copper pipe mods.
