OK I use a business card and cut down then slide it into the tube this works GREAT and is replaceable .

Funny, I have noticed the rattle often myself and when I read that post I instinctively shook my buzz pro... but no rattle. I keep shaking it now, but still no rattle. I will try one of the fixes here when the rattle retuens. I think the easiest one sounds like the tape. Thanks for the suggestion.

Mine rattled a bit too. I just pulled the spring on the bottom cap out a tad and now its fine

I like the tape -- clean fit, all around the circumference, the slight extra thickness also seems to align better in the TR001 charger

I'm not that active when I vape so I don't notice any rattle. We went through the tight tube with the Infinity and I'm glad these fit the way they do. No shoe horn required. LOL

my old/old buzz's rattled, new ones don't after adjusting the bottom springs. had that problem with the Chucks, everyone made paper tubes to insert but tape on batteries will work too. could be worse, at least the OP doesn't hate the button
