Buzz troubleshooting

Hey all, the buzz has been vaping well and I'm loving it. Woke this morning and first vape of the day it fires up then when button is released I'm getting a blue light and the unit doesn't power off.

Where should I start?

Edit- Blue light is now flickering and getting brighter then dimmer

I had that problem once, swapped out with a different set of batteries, worked fine. Put back the old bats and they worked fine. I am thinking they might have been cocked in the tube or something. Maybe someone else can chime in here with better info.

Flip batts unscrew atty and retry, if not try new atty, if neither say a prayer count to 100 and try again, if nothing then, get out a box and send in.!

SOme times juice will build up around the switch , try cleaning around the switch , I use an exacto knife and run it around the switch area to make sure . If that does not work contact me at sales@notcigs.com and we will get you taken care of .

I'm on month 9 and mine has never failed to fire when my button is pushed or stop when released. They are however electrical switches and can fail like anything else. Nice thing is you have the best customer service available at hand.
