if you had the choice between a sigelei 150 watt mod and an ipv3, which would you go with, and why?
dnc/

I have the Sigelei 100 watt and the IPV 3. it seems the Sigelei is the more favored in my area.
have never gone above 60 watts. for the most part I run them both in the 45 to 54 watts range depending on my builds (.3 to .8 ohms)
also, the Sigelei just has the magnetic door w/o the screw holes like the previous versions, people are doing magnet conversions on the IPV's. personally I dont mind the screws on the IPV.
IMO they both get about the same mileage out of a set of batteries

How do you keep the flavors from crossing over? Or do you just use a bunch of different atties so you get a fresh one for every flavor?

dnc/
I taste one on top of the other. if you reload the new flavor more than a few times you start to taste the other flavor disappear. however if you are looking for subtle flavor notes you will probably need to change out your wicking

So my iStick would just barely fire it? Now I have to win both items :)

dnc/
Yea, if you have the 20w iStick it would just get by.
have you considered a Sigelei 50 or 100 watt mod or a IPV2 or IPV3?
have the IPV2X in stock now. they are a 60 watt upgrade to the Ipv2 IMO, the only drawback is the single 18650 battery but if you dont chain vape and use clearo's or Subtank/Atlantis / Lemo then I believe its a good fit :2c:

Thanks for the answers. If it's that easy to clean the 510 atty then I might just pick up a couple of those to start with. Not quite sure I'm ready to jump into rebuildables yet, but it does seem like something I could probably be in to :)

dnc/
If you PM me your addy I will send you a couple of attys to try. maybe one like you posted and a nimbus or patriot that way you can see if its for you w/o spending any real money but I think once you start to build you will like it.
its better if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and of course you should have an ohm meter unless your device has one built in.

Does anyone else here drip 24mg on a regular basis?

Thanks for the contest!

I usually order 18 mg now, but I have a lot of 24 left, and can't really tell the difference, so I vape both strengths. I'm not sure that I'd be okay with anything lower. I still get jittery if I go too long without a vape. I'm okay if I'm relaxed, and have things to do, but if I'm nervous or stressed, I need that nicotine hit.

I was hoping you would see this and post that recipe b.m., I haven't gotten a chance to make it yet, but it sounds so good!

You don't know what your missing haha.I was very hesitant to make it the first time, because like i said fruit, strawberry in particular,is not my thing when it comes to juice,i made probably 15 mixes before this trying to find a strawberry juice i liked and none were anything i would ever make again haha, but they were all getting great comments here on the forum so i figured it was just not my thing. After finding this recipe,i thought about it for probably a month before i finally mixed up a very small sample, and again, really didn't like it much when i first tried it.After a week or so,i decided to finish it off so i could reuse the bottle, and i was amazed at what i was tasting,a strawberry cream type juice that i liked haha.I just made up a 30ml of it yesterday,so i'm gonna be happy for a while haha.

I will probably try to make it tomorrow if I get a chance. :)

I've never tried dripping, what is the advantage/disadvantage of dripping

Dripping gives you lots of flavor, plus, if you like changing flavors a lot, or just want to taste a bunch of new juices, you don't have to go through a whole tank. You can also drip several premade flavors together to see if you'd like them mixed.

I once bought a 30 ml cheesecake juice, and bought several flavors in 10 ml that I thought I would like alone, but also would taste good with cheesecake. By dripping, I could sample them together first without wasting a bunch of juice. Sort of like DIY with premade juice.

There are some people who only drip. I did that for a while. It was nice to always vape a variety of juices, but there are a lot of times when it just isn't convenient.

Think I would rather spend the money to try sub ohm before buying something to try dripping

Gosh, I'm not sure you really understand sub ohming. You normally sub ohm with an RDA, which is a dripper. Most RTAs, (Rebuildable Tank ATTYs), like Kayfuns are meant to be used with higher ohm coils. Have you read up on ohms law, and battery safety?

I know prebuilt tanks like the Atlantis and Subtank now come with sub ohm coils, but you still need to know battery safety before you use them.

I can't remember if you said what you are using for a device, but normally sub ohming is really for people who know what they are doing and have a mech mod and high drain IMR batteries. You have to check your batteries frequently with a multi meter, to make sure you don't drain them too much for safety.

If you have a regulated device, then you don't need to sub ohm, because you can run it at higher watts without building a sub ohm coil.

Sub ohming really doesn't give you great flavor, it's made for clouds, but I get a ton of clouds even vaping at 1.1 ohms. The only reason I am using 0.5 right now, is because I am using a prebuilt coil in my Kanger Subtank. When I build it myself, I will probably aim for 1.1 ohms, since I am using it on my E-Mech, and can vape it at whatever wattage my juice tastes good at.

I don't mean to offend, maybe you do understand sub ohming, but your answer puzzled me.
