Assemblyman Roger Dickinson has introduced AB 1500. AB 1500 will prohibit the shipment of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes to anyone in California. This will safeguard against minors having access to cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic cigarettes. AB 1500 will also generate approximately $24 million in tax revenue for California.

The american people haven't a clue who they elect. They vote party line and I bet most have no idea of an elected rep voting record. No wonder half the world laughs at us.
He has a lot going for him - Democrat, Berkeley, lawyer, gun grabber, tree hugger - ♪ California here we come... ♫
