CASAA has issued a Call to Action for the City of Baltimore, Maryland where the City Council is considering banning e-cigarette use wherever smoking is prohibited.

We've updated the Baltimore Call to Action to note a hearing on October 7, 2014 (9:30 a.m.)

Baltimore updated again . . .

A second hearing has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th, 2014 at 1:00 PM. The hearing will be held in the council chambers on the fourth floor of Baltimore City Hall. Again, this proposal is before the council's Judiciary and Legislative Investigations Committee which is chaired by the bill's main sponsor, James Kraft (D - 1st District).
