It wasn't a dry hit I believe because I didn't feel any nasty taste. By regulator I mean the bottom rotating part on the skrr tank by which we can adjust the air flow.

I belive I maybe put too much liquid in tank? I filled the tank to the point where the coil is dipped inside juice. Maybe I try and remove some juice? Also any way to optimise the coil in case I did something wrong?

I read that if the juice went in between the line of coil then it will clog the coil which I don't understand. Coil suppose to sit under juice so the juice will go everywhere. Actually no idea what shall I do now.

So the rotating part is referred to as the Air Flow Adjustment.

Over filling will not lead to the device heating up. You can fill up to the brim of the tank.

I would start with unscrewing the atomizer, and screw it back on ensure it is screwing on properly, there is no dirt/debris and that is not cross threaded.

Something does not sound right. First and foremost, let the device cool down prior to any continued troubleshooting. Heat and batteries do not get along.

Just for clarification, what are you referring to as the Regulator?

You’ll know when you receive a dry hit – they are nasty and will take your breath away.

I felt some liquid leaking from bottom. I made sure to close it tightly. Don't know what went wrong. I think something wrong I did with the coils maybe. If while priming the juice went in middle of the coil will that clog it? Maybe while priming I accidentally had liquid in middle of coil. If that is the case what can I do to? Will that make the mod heating up more if coil is clogged?

It is ok to get a bit of juice within the inside of the coil – it may leak, but will not clog.

Make sure your Air Flow is open. Having this closed means no air is being drawn across the coil toward your mouth. Also means it will not cool the coil

Airflow is open fully. Batteries are fully charged. I didn't mess with any other settings. Just use the watts option. At 55 watts it was unbearably hot.

Some trouble shooting tips.

1: Check that your using VW mode.

2: Unscrew the tank from the mod when it's cold (you can also clean connectors on mod and tank), press the fire button. Then screw the tank back onto the mod and press fire button to resample the coil resistance.

3: Coil may not be installed correctly. Coil is usually screwed into the base first, nice and snug but not so tight that you have difficulty removing it. Then you place the glass on the bottom section of the tank with coil installed and then screw the top section on, and as before nice and snug but not so tight that you have difficulty removing it.

I've noticed with my Luxe, not the S version (But it is Omni Board 4.2). That it quite often reads coil resistance on the low side. The only way round this I've found is to use the mod and tank and immediately after firing, unscrew the tank whilst the coil is still hot and screw it back on quickly. Sometimes it takes a few repetitions before it starts to get a better resistance value.

A bit of language barrier here. Not clear what you may have done from your description.

You should always avoid getting too much (preferably none) e-liquid into the middle (center) part of the coil when priming. Too much will flood the coil. This usually causes a gurgling sound when you try to vape and may not make any vapor. Probably why you saw e-liquid leaking from the bottom, too.

E-liquid should only be carefully dripped onto the white cotton until it glistens like a slushy drink. Avoid getting liquid into the open space in the center as this is where air flows past the heated coil while vapor is being made.

Possible fix: Remove all the e-liquid from the tank. Remove the coil head. Blow through either end of the coil head to remove any excess e-liquid from the center. (Do not add more e-liquid to the coil head.) Reinstall coil head into the tank; snug but not overly tight. Finally, refill the tank with e-liquid about 80% full.

Something is amiss. It should not be unbearably hot. Can you take a picture of the screen?

Ah, sorry. Now I think that I understand you @kashif.

You haven't been using tanks or pods before that create a lot of clouds/vapour.

And just to confirm, the coil that you're using is 0.15 ohm? That would be very hot to someone not accustomed to it.

Mod is showing coil resistance very quickly as soon I put the atomizer on. I see on YouTube Luxe mod produce three times more vapor than tiny pod systems I was using, like Aurora play or smok infinix. But in my case its no vapor or so little that its can't be called vapor.

I am using the VW setting.

Turn auto and smart off in the options, I noticed that they've been left on. Really, you don't need them.

Coil is reading within range.

Your running VW Normal mode, so that's okay.

So only thing left after turning smart an auto off an there's no improvement. Is the coil and or tank.

Like @Baditude has mentioned remove the coil after draining the tank. My idea would be to put the coil in a clean sock and spin it around a little and let centrifugal force drain it quickly. Then you can reuse it in the tank an hopefully get better results.

Everything looks good here. There will always be a slight variation between what the device reads for resistance and what is printed on the coil. These coils are mass produced and there resistance may be a rounded off number. Plus, the device also has its own internal resistance that is also read. It is best practice to let the device read the resistance while the coil is at room temperature – this will allow the device to perform a more accurate voltage calculation.

If it is getting unbearably hot and you have no vapor, something is definitely wrong. I would empty the tank, can pour the juice in a glass should you not want to waste, unscrew and rescrew the coil back in, try again and if this fails, try a different coil.

With a variable wattage device, the resistance of a coil has no correlation with heat. Your applied power output dictates how hot/cool the coil operates at.

I don't care about the physics, but in my book a 0.15 ohm resistance is a hot vape even on a regulated mod. And the OP is coming from a pod mod to boot? Crazy!

That is your perception based on the complete physical characteristics of the coil, including the power settings and not just the resistance alone. Fare enough you do not care about the physics involved, but the physics cannot be fudged.

Thanks a lot. I unscrewed everything. Cleaned everything and specially blew air in coil head and I didn't feel any juice coming out from middle but then I installed everything back and not too tight as you suggested and I did feel a major difference in vapor now. Its still not like huge clouds as I see in YouTube videos but theoat hit is great. Actually more than I am used too and I will now try to soft vape but tomorrow as I am very sleepy now. The room of improvement is there but I think I maybe messed the coil badly while priming. I should have only prime the coil from outside. I only have one extra coil which is a mesh so that maybe too harsh for me if I try that? If cleaning the coil helped improvement in vapor then I am sure its a coil related issue. Now device is not heating up. It was heating up because coil was clogged? Also I realise that 50 watts is definitely not for me. 30 is more than enough. I just need to have big clouds too with taste. Please share any other info you have.

I will update tomorrow. Maybe need to clean coil again. Not sure if to use the mesh coil that came with it because I read that is for direct to lung approach. Thank you guys for helping me. Please keep following this thread. I can't do it without your valuable advices. I will update tomorrow.
