Hey I was just wondering could my 3.7 v ego 900mah battery in anyway be bad for the standard Kanger protank heads that are 2.5 ohm I believe.

The kangers instructions call for 3.9v 4.2v

Im planning on getting the slb ego mega vv in the near future but in the meantime is it safe?

Not at all. It's going over the recommended voltages that you need to start paying attention.

I always follow the rule of 3. If I have a low res. .7 ohm coil I vape at 3.7. If its 1.2 ohm I vape at 4.2 ect...

I could be wrong , but the voltages you mention , sound very high , for the ohm levels . I use 4.2 volts on a 2.2 ohm carto . I tried to use 4.2 volts , on a 1.5 atty , and it popped , as soon as it got dry . ( only once ) Should be the rule of 2 , such as a 1.2 atty or carto , use 3.2 volts , a 2.0 atty or carto 4 volts etc . At least that's what I use . Been working for me for going on two years now .
