can a 3 piece become a two piece or vise versa

Hello I am new and broke. I have the e-cig brand E9 it is a two piece and vary decent in my opinion. however I have seen so much about about 3piece models that I think I should have gotten one. So my question for all you modders out there, can a two piece become a three piece and visa versa. and more specifically if so how and what kind of cost are associated with it.

I prefer a 2-piece. The 510 was originally a 3-piece but they now make cartomizers for it which I love.

But anything can be combined with anything if you have the right adapter. I'm not sure if I've seen any for an E9 but I'll look. With an adapter, you can use one battery with the atomizer of another style.


ETA: Vapure has one that works the other way -- it will connect a 510 battery to their carto, but not their battery to an atomizer. Nhaler carries the E9 but they don't have adapters for it. Sorry I couldn't help.

If it works for you, just keep using it until you can afford another with the money you save from not smoking. In the meantime, you can research on here and decide which one you really want to try next.

Yeah I agree with rosesense on this, it's great to try new stuff, but I'd wait until later to see when you can get a new e-cig. The only reason I see with going from a 2-piece to a 3-piece is to drip. Most carts for 3-piece units tend to fall away from the atomizer. (or at least on the m403 like I have....) My M403 is great for dripping liquid, but make sure if you want to drip to either get a drip tip for your model, or make sure it has an exposed-bridge atomizer.

I have found a technique for dripping with the cartomizer, in fact I have found many ideas for how to refill and even take care of the cartomizer from how to clean it to how to fill it. I dont care about changing my model per say I just want to be able to take advantage of the model and customize it so its more to my liking. I won't be buying a new model yet and when I do I (and i will) I will be buying a 510 because everywhere I go that is the one to have. That and I can do more things to it to make it customized to my vaping style. I love vaping, no I haven't stopped analogs yet but three days vaping and I have gone from about a pack a day to 3 or 4 analogs a day. today I'm going for only two and tomorrow it will I will try only one if that. I love this and I love how customizable this idea is, I just cant weight to be able to buy some juice because this crap they sent me is nasty and I think that's why I haven't stopped analogs completely yet. Lucky me the smoke shop a block away sells a few flavors of juice hopefully their not crap too.
