Hi all,

First off, sorry about the double post. I read the sticky *after* posting so I changed my title to make it more relevant.

My 510 kit and additional items are going to arrive to me tomorrow, and I've been doing some reading. I have a concern. As far as liquids go, I purchased a 120ml bottle of VG and 4 various flavors, 1 capella, 2 LorAnn, and 1 flavorART. Am I going to regret only getting VG? Will I be in a position to mix and vape my custom flavors? I'm not concerned about having nicotine, I'm just wondering if I need to cut my VG with PG. Thanks in advance.

The answer to the question in the title of your post is: Yes ... and you will get maximum vapor doing so. [Also, some vapers are allergic to PG, so they require 100% VG (or perhaps PEG).]

Many vapers feel that PG delivers more TH ... prefer its flavor ... and/or don't like the greater viscosity of VG. But, since everyone* loves vapor, a PG/VG mix (e.g., 75% PG / 25% VG) is very popular.

* [Slightly overstated. A very few vapers don't like how vapor cramps their stealth vaping.]

To expand on Don's comments, one issue with pure VG is that it is very viscous (thick, gloopy, doesn't absorb into things like cartridge material easily). So you might want to use de-ionised water to thin the liquid out. Or you can use vodka or other non sugary spirits, which may also have an affect on the flavour. Probably best not to use tap water due to the minerals in it. Thinning is less necessary in a VG/PG blend, as PG is very much thinner than VG. I'd suggest around 10% water in pure VG, but some experimentation may be needed.

Note some vape suppliers sell VG as Aqueous Glycerine which has already had water added to it.
