No ICR batts please. Amp output usually is only 5amp to 10amp. To power anything lower than 1ohm, u need a continous discharge of 20amps. Do more research online.

It probably didn't charge it! It's just dead! Try charging your battery correctly and it may work!

Cancel your order before it ships. Samsung ICRs have a 6.4 amp limit which isn't suitable for high drain applications like regulated mods. There's no reason to use an ICR when safer battery chemistries exist like the Sony VTC4 (30A 2100mah), Samsung 25R (20A 2500mah), or the LG HG2 (20A 3000mah).

Yup..my pv allow charging. Have charged it twice.

ok here comes the electrical engineer, a typical samsung note adapter would be outputting 2A whereas a typical on board charger accepts 1A. Chances are you fried the charging board and or the battery itself.

There's no way of me telling how good the quality of the charging board is at this point of time so the above are the possible reasons. Just use a PC usb to charge, should be safe every single time.

edit: that is also why its advisable to charge the 18650s externally.
