That came from Hot Vapes as well, was the only one their glassblower made for them. I have an absinthe glass made from uranium glass as well...very rare.
I have a couple on the way already but I can always use more, I use them to convert pipe stems.

I know Tim and Helen from Hot Vapes, met them at a Vape Meet. They let me know when they get anything really cool in before they put it on their website.

No, its from Sagewood Glass. Like someone else said, I didn't care for the requirement of the metal adapter used in the Murano, and didn't care for the looks of them. Just a preference thing. So, no I haven't tried them.
