Since I started vaping I noticed some issues with cloudy or bloody urine despite drinking alot of fluids. I know I don't have a kidney infection since I have no fever and feel generally fine otherwise, so I'm thinking it's either the PG or VG irritating me, or maybe a kidney stone. Does anyone have any experience with this? I know I should get to the doctor but I wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience related to vaping and how it can be remedied.

I have a history of kidney stones myself, after vaping for 3 weeks I had the pain I associate with a stone moving for 48 hours. But now its gone. So I would like to hear if anyone has any info aswell.

Please, get yourself to the doctor, regardless. I have had kidney infections without fever, myself.(Unrelated to ecigs)
I don't know the answer to your question as to whether it could be caused by PG or VG. I know I cannot use PG, even in the flavoring. One of the symptoms I had was bloody nose, amongst many other even worse symptoms. I did not have bloody urine.

I would imagine, but I am no Doctor, so please don't quote me on this, that the ingestion of PG/VG through consumption with food products would have as much of an impact as inhaling the vapor by product. There are a LOT of food products and medications, especially cough syrups, that contain PG, VG, or both. Now again, I'm just guessing, but I would think that if you were going to have kidney issues associated with PG or VG, it would have happened long before you started vaping.

Cloudy urine is often due to infection. Blood in the urine can be caused by a number of things. I doubt e-juice has anything to do with this. Please go and see a doctor.
You can have kidney infections without fever Russ. There are a bunch of other things it could be too so see your doctor soon. I suspect the timing of these symptoms starting and starting to vape are just coincidental. I agree with dam718's point about inhaling PG being very unlikely to affect the kidneys compared to the PG we eat normally.
You say 'fluids' but if its not water it don't count. Most fluids (besides water) we consume are actually diuretics further exacerbating the problem. Your issue sounds like dehydration.

Strange. I've been getting some kidney pain on my right side lately and when I peed today I felt like I was having a kidney stone. I wonder if there is any connection. I've drank beer 2 days this past few days to celebrate some high college test scores so I wonder if that is the cause instead. I normally drink about a gallon of water a day so I am not often dehydrated. I don't drink alcohol all that often. I will continue to vape and see if I still get these pains. After a few days of heavy vaping after the initial change over from analogs I've decided to cut down to only 1ml a day or so if I can help it.
As far as I know, no. Both are common food additives, and would pose a greater danger to urinary or digestive organs when eaten than when vaped. That said, allergic or adverse reactions are possible with either one. Some allergies cause a systemic but sort of low-level inflammation, which can indeed aggravate any pre-existing problem, even ones you didn't know were there before.
Also, people can have what are called 'silent' UTIs. Even if there are no other symptoms besides cloudy urine, it might not hurt to pick up a UTI test at the pharmacy. They aren't very expensive, unless you are a broke-... like me.

Well I've been monitoring it and it seems to have cleared up so I must have done something else unrelated, I don't think it's an infection though or it wouldn't have just gone away. I've been vaping for 5 months so far and never had issues like this. I've been drinking water as suggested with vaping, but maybe not as much as I should. I'll definitely up my water intake and see if that makes a difference.

Definitely see your doctor. Blood in your urine, poop, and sputum always warrants a visit to the doctor. Blood in your urine can mean many things and some are quite serious. I highly doubt that the cloudy or blood tinged urine has anything to do with vaping. Please please go see the doctor! *Disclaimer--I work with sick ICU patients and see a LOT of renal failure/issues. Trust me when I say that bloody urine is nothing to mess around with. 
Yeah I'll make an appointment with my urologist as soon as possible. The reason I'm even asking is because I've read articles about PG causing kidney damage, but maybe those are the propaganda articles and they're either intentionally mixing up PG with DEG or talking about PG toxicity from ridiculously excessive consumption.
