Can you bend SS mesh wicks?

I am asking due to my current fav tank is a Drunker tank, similar to a vivi, as the wicks are bent over the coil head and run down into the tank in a U shape. Thus, can it be done? Any negative impact of doing so? Before I try this, I thought I would ask.

You have to tilt a genny with a mesh wick to gwt optimal flow, I'm not sure this would work well in thw drunker.

You could wrap the mesh around thw silica or cotton wicks, then wrap a coil ovwr the mesh.

Or just use silica. Les fiddly than SS and super fast to coil, clean or replace.
